Organised by Grape Vine Events Ltd, Viti-Culture LIVE! is a free to attend one day event to be held at Plumpton College, the centre of excellence for the UK wine industry training and education.

Held at Plumpton College, Viti-Culture LIVE has two ingredients that stands it apart – the weather (who can forget the glorious sunshine we enjoyed for the inaugural event in 2019 and again in 2021) but most of all – Plumpton Wine Centre Students! Held in June, the wine students are still on site for the event, and they are the vineyard managers and wine-makers of the future and so have the opportunity to forge invaluable links with the industry’s best suppliers and services alongside Masters of Wine, vineyard owners and managers, winery magicians, agronomy experts and business advisors to name just a few – all in one place! What better way to future proof your business!

NEW FOR 2023 –

Viti-culture will open to visitors at 10am this year, which allows a little more travel time for exhibitors and visitors who will be welcomed with brunch kindly sponsored by Kreston Reeves LLP.

The programme of top tier seminars and debates throughout the day – schedule to be advised shortly – will be followed by our new English and Welsh Wine Fair and a new ticketed event for early evening to be hosted by our show patron, Oz Clarke OBE and the effervescent wine expert Tom Surgey. Tickets will be available for the Masterclass soon.

A little bit of history
The inaugural 2019 event was held at what many consider to be the home of UK viticulture – Plumpton College and focused on supplies and services available to growers operating in the wine sector by showcasing the very latest machinery and equipment, as well as a myriad of professional services and supplies needed in the vineyard, from grape to bottle. Many exhibitors expressed their gratitude for having the right forum to showcase their business’, while visitors relished the opportunity to hear experts from across the industry speak during the full day of seminars and meetings.
After a forced break in 2020 due to the C-19 Pandemic, Viti-Culture returned in 2021 and did not disappoint. Everyone who came remarked upon what a pleasure it was to be in such beautiful surroundings with the sun shining down – and of course being able to catch up with friends, colleagues and customers – exactly what Viti-Culture LIVE is all about….

“It was great to meet you yesterday and thanks very much for your help in organising the space and helping with promoting our first Sabrage Showdown! We all really enjoyed the day and it seems we were certainly not alone. Overall I think the viticulture event went really well and we’re really glad we exhibited! We had lots of interesting and worthwhile conversations. Congrats on a big success!!” Ferovinum

“Many congratulations on a very impressive and successful event yesterday.  I was really busy on the WineGB stand as was Julia with the wine tastings!  The visitor numbers (and quality of the visitors) was excellent”  WineGB Membership and Operations Manager

We both enjoyed yesterday at Plumpton College and found it very useful.”Oz Clarke and his publisher

“The show was fantastic, well run and we have had several strong leads from it. We had a really lovely day and what a lovely bunch of people! Thank you again” Chris Butlin, Director Noveus Energy

“Our salesman raved about the show and said what fantastic quality it was. He has pretty much sold two new tractors to two new customers from it! He’s over the moon.” Burden Bros Agri

“Excellent day – the phone hasn’t stopped ringing since the show with enquires from people who attended Viti-Culture.  It has been absolutely amazing!” Matthew Berryman, CLM

” I thought the quality of visitors was superb.  Every one was a potential customer.” Chris Bourne – Bourne Engineering

“Thank you for organising such a great event – and of course booking the sunshine!” Rankin Brothers & Sons
